Just like last time, I talk about the new Dragon Age expansion--Awakening! I go on a wee longer than I wanted to in talking about it. Despite the clichéd story, spoilers for Dragon Age Origins if you haven't played it yet.
I eventually get to talking about Human Target: Final Cut (Peter Milligan, Javier Pulido). I also compare it to Dragon Age Awakening. Bet you didn't see that coming.
This episode maybe a day or two late. What can I say? I'm also on Asian time.

Episode 55: I Am Emo, I Am Sad
Actually I'm not either for the moment, but Dream is. Despite that, there's his entertaining, far more fascinating sister, Delirum when I cover The Sandman: Brief Lives (Neil Gaiman).
The reason I'm not sad was because I spent all day watching the greatest trilogy ever--Back to the Future! Of course, cleaning took three times as long. Those movies get me to talk about movie trilogies in general. What can I say? I love movies!

Episode 54: Not So Bad Movies
Sadly, it's just me this week. To waste time, I spend a few minutes talking about the not so bad movies I saw--Wolverine: Origins and Wargames 2. I also talk about the best and funniest review of Episode I ever. Go check out RedLetterMedia on Youtube.
There is some news and even a contest this week. I'll have links posted in the forums, assuming they're up and working.
Lastly, I read my first Howard Chaykin book--Bite Club (Howard Chaykin, David Tischman, David Hahn). Sure, it has things I hate like vampires and crime, but it's not as bad as I thought it'd be. It's also not that great either.

Episode 53: HAM
Shawn Pryor of PKD Media joins me again to talk about The Unwritten: Tommy Taylor and The Bogus Identity (Mike Carey, Peter Gross). We discuss the various details of the book and the literary authors and works that are sprinkled within it.
Oh yeah, and I learn what HAM means.
